Spinach cream soup (for 2-3 persons)

- 1/2 well baked avocado
- 4 cups of well washed spinach
- 2 cups of sliced cucumber
- 1 cup zucchini / sliced pumpkin
- 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 green onion
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 fresh parsley
- 1 ts miso rice
- salt to taste – water as much as need to obtain a cream soup

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and serve with cold pressed sunflower oil and raw bread.
