Mayonnaise avocado

- 1 well baked avocado
- half lemon juice
- 1ts mustard
- salt
- cold pressed sunflower oil




The peeled avocado is mixed in the blender until it’s obtained a smooth paste. After, it’s added the lemon juice, the salt and the mustard, mixing them. After this you add oil, bit by bit, as in the case of classic mayonnaise until you obtain a smooth paste. I served it with stalk of celery, slices of pepper sunflower seed flavoured with garlic and oregano (soon the recipe) and multigrain bread. I am honestly telling you that it is a delicious dish and the celery completes it wonderfully!
